| The Kiwanis Club of
Washington has been a community service club and member of
Kiwanis International since 1947. We have brought together a
diverse group of men and women in fellowship of caring and
service within our community. Kiwanis offers an opportunity,
involving a little time and not a lot of money, to make a
difference in our community and throughout the world. The
gratification of service and the fellowship provided, is
sincere and lasting.
Our continuing service focus is "Young
Children: Priority One". This program seeks to serve the
special needs of young children from prenatal development
through age 5. Our vital concern has been to develop long term
responses to the needs of children of any age.
